Inspected in India, so it arrives right at destination
Quality control at Veer Import and Export is a documented, multi-stage process applied to every order before it leaves India. We inspect material at source, during packing and at final loading, checking each consignment against the buyer’s agreed specifications.
The goal is simple: what is inspected and approved is exactly what arrives at your port — no surprises, no costly rejections downstream.
- Every consignment inspected against your written specification — not a sample, the whole order.
- Photographic records of approved goods shared before dispatch, whenever you need them.
- Fewer rejections at destination because problems are caught in India, before the container is sealed.
Five checkpoints, from quarry to container
Every consignment passes through the same documented sequence before it is cleared for shipment.
-
01
Source inspection
Material is selected and verified at the quarry, factory or farm-gate for grade, colour and condition — before it ever enters the supply chain.
-
02
Specification check
Dimensions, thickness, finish, moisture and grade are measured against the confirmed order specification, so the batch matches exactly what you approved.
-
03
Batch consistency
Colour and finish are reviewed across the whole batch to limit variation within the shipment — important for natural stone and graded produce.
-
04
Pre-packing review
Defects are screened out before crating. Approved goods are recorded, with photographs supplied where required for your records.
-
05
Loading supervision
Container stuffing is checked for correct securing, count and documentation, so the load leaves origin properly braced and fully accounted for.
Export paperwork that clears customs cleanly
Every shipment travels with the documents your market requires. The exact set depends on product and destination — we confirm the full list against your order.
Import Export Code
The mandatory registration for exporting from India, on file for every consignment we ship.
APEDA registration
For agricultural exports, supporting compliant shipment of produce to overseas buyers.
Phytosanitary & fumigation
Certificates and fumigated packing where required, so plant-based goods meet destination biosecurity rules.
Quality management
ISO / quality-management certification aligned to the standards your market expects.
Certificate of Origin
Origin documentation and any additional buyer-required certificates, prepared per shipment.
Full export document set
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading and inspection records — accurate paperwork for smooth clearance at both ends.
Note: the specific certifications and documents listed above are being finalised. We confirm the exact set that applies to your product and destination when we quote your order.
